Samsung Electronics Europe Logistics BV (SELS) is the Central European logistics organization of Samsung Electronics based in Delft, The Netherlands. SELS functions as a logistics and financial control tower within SAMSUNG Europe, with a focused role in logistics & supply chain strategy, innovation and monitoring.
Project manager to support Samsung with the preparation of the peak season by an audit of the service provider’s operation and recommendations for improvements. In the second phase leading the RFQ process for the above-mentioned organization plus the sales company of the Benelux. A full operational warehouse design study was made to ensure the correct offers.
