BKMS Interim Management was founded in 2004 by Rene Boerema. In that year Rene started with his first assignment at Geodis in the Benelux. Rene supports companies to translate customer service goals into effective supply chain solutions. The success of Rene is based on his skills to deliver results that have positive impact. By working for international companies Rene gained a vast experience in cultural differences in approach, the decision-making process and implementation.
The challenge is to make change really happen and that results last. This can be realized by working closely with customers, translating strategy into real and concrete improvements and providing practical tools. The emphasis is on building new capabilities within the organization of the client, enabling them to reach a next level of supply chain maturity. The results count; taking responsibility in delivering results is a natural element of Rene’s proposition.
The services are aimed at translating strategy into implementation and offered to international (non-) profit organizations. Innovative supply chain design, turn-around management, implementation of new operations including 3PL selection and developing new markets are good examples.
