- Increase service levels (product availability, delivery reliability) & aligning business needs
- Turn around Bridgestone owned warehouse (200 FTE) in Zeebrugge (B) and project lead of the expansion (from 55.000m2 to 88.000 m2)
- Organizational design and implementation
- Warehouse tenders and movements in several countries to implement new network structure.
- On time move and within budget of 2 warehouses in Germany (total 85.000 m2)
